Our Base Minimix Anhydrite flowing screeds offer performance benefits over standard sand/cement screeds. Base Minimix screeds are fast and easy to lay. They are self, compacting, low cost, fast-drying, pumpable and also deliver minimal shrinkage.
Free flowing Anhydrite screed from Base Minimix can be laid up to 1500m2 in just one day and can take foot traffic within 24-48 hours, partitions after just seven days. Often used in underfloor heating installation our Minimix, Topflow Screed A is also a self-levelling screed.
Please note – Minimix Anhydrite screed is suitable for use with under-floor heating if pipes/elements are covered by 25mm.

Our trucks are designed to carry small loads of readymix concrete. Please make sure you have sufficient access to your site or house to allow our driver to deliver.
The truck dimensions are for indication / illustration purposes only.
We cannot be held responsible for any variation in size of the actual delivery vehicle due to the numerous and varied minimix concrete trucks within our fleet.
