What is a high strength concrete (HSC)?
High strength concretes with a high compressive strength of > 60 MPa after 28 days are classified as high performance. They can be used in many different structures due to their versatile technical performance characteristics. HSC readymix is often a key component of high load bearing columns, high rise building and for many precast products.
Technologically advanced concrete, the Minimix early, high strength concrete range Toproc Rapid ensures fast turnaround and increased construction site efficiency. It’s easy to place (the same as conventional concretes) and it develops extremely high mechanical resistance soon after pouring. This makes it suitable for all construction sites and applications.
HSC – High early strength readymix concretes
TOPROC RAPID 15h. 10 to 30 N/mm2, typical high early compressive strength (at specified time) where guaranteed high strength is specified at 15 hours.
TOPROC RAPID 24h. 10 to 40 N/mm2, typical high early compressive strength (at specified time) where guaranteed high strength is specified at 24 hours.
TOPROC RAPID 48h. 10 to 50 N/mm2, typical high early compressive strength (at specified time) where guaranteed high strength is specified at 48 hours.
TOPROC RAPID Specify. 10 to 70 N/mm2 typical high early compressive strength (at specified time) where guaranteed high strength is required within a timeframe specified by the project.
